For all other cities in KS and MO, to qualify our policies are:

• Each person 18 years or older must submit an individual 应用程序. Full time students living with parents at the property do not need to fill out an 应用程序. Students must provide proof of enrollment.

• You will be required to pay your first full month's rent and security deposit prior to moving in.
• Application fees paid are non-refundable.
• Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and may not be used or considered as the final month's rent.

• All of our properties are non-smoking.
